Picking Seeds

Last Saturday our family went to Cox's Arboretum Metro Park. The Green picture above is one I took last fall. It is a beautiful place to visit year round, even if it isn't this green now.
We picked seeds off of a variety of plants and will attempt to plant them this spring. We'll see how they do. Last year Alexis planted basil seeds and we had more basil than we ever imagined. I froze some and tried to use the remainder in many things.















The kids had fun picking seeds and running around.

Abigail loves the fresh cool air. It doesn't seem to bother her.
